What's coming in Version 4.0?
A new flow for meetings, agendas, and minutes
Save as Draft: Recording secretaries will be able to save and edit drafts of agendas or minutes over several days — or weeks — before sharing them with the board.
Auto Tagging for Documents
Upload a file, and BoardSpace will automatically apply smart, consistent tags — no manual sorting required.
Centralized People Management
For organizations with more than one space — boards, committees, or working groups — managing people across each one is a pain. We're solving that. Admins will be able to add, edit, and manage people from one centralized space, with no more hopping between boards to update contact info or permissions.
A new bilingual support system
We're replacing our current support system with a new one, fully available in English and French. Guides, answers, and how-tos — all searchable, all in the language you work in.

Our helpful mascot, BoardSpace Bill, will soon be available to answer your questions directly within the app. He's here to make sure you find what you need quickly and get the most out of BoardSpace. In the meantime, you can ask him anything right here on our site.

The meeting ends and your minutes are already drafted. Record your meeting in BoardSpace, upload a transcript, or upload an audio recording — Magic Minutes turns it into a structured draft that understands how board meetings actually work: motions, votes, decisions, and action items. Your secretary reviews, edits, and approves. Every set of minutes is human-approved before it becomes official, and it's included in your BoardSpace plan.
Magic Minutes arrives in Version 4.1, shortly after the 4.0 release.
